When it comes to food, I think we should keep it simply healthy, tasty and enjoyable. I don’t believe complicated diets and restrictions are needed for anyone to achieve their goals. Having a good understanding of what and how much you are eating together with some extra knowledge will give you a good basis for managing your own food and knowing what works best for you.
